At ZenBonsai Garden, we are committed to providing high-quality bonsai and customer satisfaction. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy outlines how you can return or exchange your item and the conditions that apply.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: You may return any item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
- Condition: To qualify for a return, your bonsai or product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Bonsai trees must show no signs of damage or neglect during the time in your care.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom bonsai designs and items sold as clearance or final sale are non-returnable. These items are clearly marked at the time of purchase.
2. Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. You will receive a notification once your return is approved or rejected.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Rejected Refunds: If your return is not approved, we will return the item to you at your cost, or you can choose to exchange it for another product.
3. Exchanges
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange free of charge. Ensure that you document and report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Exchange Policy: If you would like to exchange your product for a different bonsai or item, the return and new purchase must follow the same guidelines outlined for refunds.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
